1. General Provisions

1.3 These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of customers and the Seller as the administrator and operator of the online store.

1.4 The Seller is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with the execution of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

2.1 Seller; Owner – 4X4OK EUROPE Sp. z o.o.

2.2 Online Store – the service operated at www.4x4line.pl.

2.3 Customer – any natural person or organization making purchases.

2.4 Customer Account – a section containing information about the customer’s transactions.

2.5 Newsletter – a service providing periodic information about products and promotions by electronic means.

2.6 Product – a physical item offered for sale on 4x4line.pl.

2.7 Order – a formal request to purchase a product.

2.8 Terms and Conditions – this document.

2.9 Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Personal Data Protection and Cookies Policy

In order to use the store, customers must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Possession of a device enabling ICT data transmission.
  • Access to the Internet.
  • A valid e-mail address.

The store uses cookies to assess interest in services and to facilitate information exchange. The customer may manage cookie settings in their web browser.

4. Delivery Method and Delivery Time

4.1 Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and depend on the weight, size of the product, and the selected delivery option.

4.2 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

4.3 Delivery from the USA to Poland:
– Courier (FedEx, DHL): 8–10 business days.
– Sea freight (oversized items): 30–45 business days.

4.4 Responsibility for the goods rests with the Seller until the moment of receipt by the Customer.

4.5 Shipment tracking details are sent by e-mail after the order has been dispatched.

5. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
  • Electronic payments and credit card payments.

6. Price

Prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and do not include VAT or customs duties. Shipping costs are added in the cart before finalizing the order.

7. Newsletter Subscription

Subscription is voluntary. The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by changing account settings.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason.

The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement; however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the Customer’s specifications.
  • Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once opened.

9. Warranty and Complaints

Products are covered by at least a 12-month warranty.

Submitting a complaint:

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the company’s address or by e-mail to 4x4line.sales@gmail.com.

The complaint should include:

  • Details and facts regarding the defect.
  • The requested method of bringing the product into conformity with the contract (repair/replacement).

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days. In the case of a warranty claim, the Customer sends the defective product back at the Seller’s expense to the company’s registered address.
