AMP Research PowerStep™ XL
The AMP Research PowerStep™ XL is a heavy-duty, power-retractable running board engineered for oversized and lifted applications. It retains the proven PowerStep design with a more rugged housing and a longer drop to provide easier entry and a bold appearance for lifted trucks. Constructed from durable die-cast aluminum with an anodized, military-grade PTFE finish, the PowerStep™ XL combines strength, corrosion resistance, and low weight.
- Extra-low deployment: XL boards extend 4 inches lower than original PowerStep models for easier access.
- Heavy-duty construction: Die-cast aluminum alloy with anodized and PTFE coating for corrosion resistance and durability.
- High load capacity: 6-inch wide step area rated to 600 lb.
- Automatic operation: Premium single-motor design deploys and retracts boards automatically.
- Integrated LED lighting: Bright LEDs illuminate the step surface and surrounding area for safe entry in low light.

- Optional Override Switch available for manual control.
