SHIPPING POLICY



Ensuring customer satisfaction has always been our utmost priority. Our primary goal is to assure that customer shipments are delivered safely and within the allotted time interval.

Our team closely monitors all packages from dispatch until their successful delivery to customers. We hope to build trust and bring smiles to our customers’ faces with each delivered order.

Shipment processing time

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, We will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer delivery from the US to Poland using express delivery services such as FedEx, DHL, AEC Parcel Service and etc. Usually delivery times take 10-15 days from the USA to Poland. For large and heavy products such as Roof Top Tents, Awnings & Components, Drawer Systems, Load Bed Cargo Slides we can use sea freight forwarding couriers and delivery times may vary from 30-45 working days.


Shipping Charges:

The total shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page. The shipping charges vary depending on the product's weight and size as well as on the selected shipping option. Shipping charges will change with each additional item that is added to your cart.

Also, on the checkout page it is calculated brokerage fee for custom clearance procedure and it will be add to the total sum of the order.

Pre-orders

Please note that when ordering those components and parts that are currently not available or are expected to be available in the assortment in the near future, the calculation of the shipping time when ordering may not be accurate. In this case, be sure to contact the manager and he will help you calculate the exact time of delivery of the purchased components.

Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Shipment Returned

When a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the concerned courier company will contact the customer and arrange for order delivery:

In the event the customer does not respond, refuses to accept delivery or declines to pay the applicable duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery. The shipment will be returned to the country of origin.

The customer may file a refund claim for the above cases. If the shipment is eligible for a refund per www.4x4line.pl Return Policy, our company will refund the price of goods of the affected shipment only. Shipping and custom charges will not be included in the refund. The cost of the return shipment will also be deducted from the total price of goods affected in the shipment.

If the shipment is not returned or the product(s) is non-returnable, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

Shipment Tracking:

Your freight tracking information and your carrier’s contact info will only be emailed to you once your order has shipped.All shipments can be tracked using the Order Id number on our tracking page.
