Warranty
The website www.4x4line.pl offers a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery on all products. The warranty covers defects resulting from inherent faults in the product.
The Seller will repair or remove any physical defects free of charge if they are reported within 24 months. The defect removal may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, at the Seller’s discretion.
The defect removal will be carried out promptly, within 60 days from receiving the Product.
This period may be extended depending on the type of defect, the method of removal, or technical factors. Customers will be informed of any extensions.

Warranty Exclusions and Notes
1. Natural degradation of the product caused by wear and tear, including cracking or damage during use, is the customer’s sole responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
2. If the customer damages or misuses the product(s), the warranty on the product is immediately void. In such cases, compensation is not available. Customers may still contact us to purchase spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of components and shipping fees.
Loss of Warranty
The customer also loses the warranty in the following cases:
- Opening the housing to attempt self-repair of the device.
- Modification, removal, adjustment, or replacement of product parts.
- Using the device in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
- Continuing to use the product after a fault occurs, causing further damage.
- Mechanical damage caused by the user.
- Repairs performed by the customer or an unauthorized service center.
- Damage caused by random events such as fire, flood, high temperature, or exposure to chemicals.
- Expiration of the warranty period.
