Terms and conditions of the online shop operated by 4x4line.pl:
1. General Provisions
1.1 The Online shop referred to as "4x4line.pl" is owned and operated by

1.3 The terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of clients, as well as those of the Seller in their capacity as the manager and operator of the Online shop.
1.4 The Seller is the administrator of personal data processed in relation to the fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions. Personal data is processed according to the purposes, extent, and principles stated in the privacy policy published on the Online Store's website. Providing personal data is optional and voluntary.
The owner of 4x4line.pl is obligated to ensure the secure processing of customers' personal data solely for the purpose of reliably executing the distance contract of sale.
2. Definitions:
2.1 Seller;Owner - identified as a business entity that operates as a company under the name 4X4OK EUROPE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw ul. 2.2 Online shop - The online shop run by the Service Provider at the Internet address: www.4x4line.pl
2.3 Customer - any individual or organization that buys products from the store, adhering to the terms and conditions set forth.
2.4 Customer Account - a designated section that includes information about completed transactions and serves as a tool for processing orders placed by the client.
2.5 Newsletter – A communication service offered by the online store as part of its Terms and Conditions. It involves the delivery of periodic electronic updates to subscribed users via email. The newsletter provides recipients with information about the store's products, exclusive offers, promotions, and other relevant updates. By subscribing to the newsletter, users agree to receive these email communications from the online store. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
2.6 Product - any physical item that is offered for sale and available for purchase on the website 4x4line.pl. It refers to the tangible goods that can be ordered, such as automotive parts, accessories, or equipment etc., which form the subject of any sales agreement or contract between the customer and the website operator.
2.7 Order - a formal request made by a customer on the online shop to purchase a specific product subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the website.
2.8 Terms and conditions - the following document encompasses all the terms and conditions associated with the services provided by this online shop.
2.9 Working days - refer to weekdays, specifically Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Personal data protection and cookies procedure
To access and use the online store , customers must meet the following technical requirements:

The Store utilizes cookies, which are text files that collect information. 4. Shipping Method And Delivery Times
4.1 The total shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page. The shipping charges vary depending on the product's weight and size as well as on the selected shipping option. Shipping charges will change with each additional item that is added to your cart.
4.2 All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4.3 We offer delivery from the US to Poland using express services such as FedEx, DHL, etc. Usually delivery times take 8-12 working days from the USA to Poland. For large and heavy products such as Roof Top Tents, Awnings & Components, Drawer Systems, Load Bed Cargo Slides we can use sea freight forwarding couriers and delivery times may vary from 30-45 working days.
4.4 The responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to the goods lies with the seller until the consumer receives them, unless the consumer has opted for an alternative delivery method other than what the shop provides.
4.5 Shipment Tracking information and your carrier’s contact info will only be emailed to you once your order has shipped.All shipments can be tracked using the Order Id number on our tracking page.
5. Payment methods
The customer has the option to pay for the goods by placing an order using the following methods:
5.1 Payment by wire transfer to the bank account of the Seller

6. Price
The prices displayed on our online shop serve as a non-binding invitation for customers to submit their purchase offers.
All prices listed on the website are in Polish zlotys and don't include applicable VAT and customs charges. Also, please note that the price displayed for a product before adding it to the shopping basket doesn't include shipping costs . These costs will be added to the total amount when a customer places an order on the checkout page. Before placing an order, customers will be informed about any additional costs, such as packaging fees.
7.Newsletter Subscription
The Newsletter Subscription Service offered by our online shop involves the transmission of relevant information via email regarding the activities of the shop. By voluntarily opting to use the Newsletter Subscription Service, customers agree to receive such information. To avail of the service and receive information updates through the newsletter, customers are required to provide their email address in the designated Newsletter box. Upon commencement of the service, customers will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to unsubscribe from the Newsletter. Customers may choose to unsubscribe from the service at any time by notifying their decision via email or by adjusting their account settings.
8. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery without providing any reason. To exercise this right, a statement must be made in any form and sent to the following address before the expiration of the 14-day period:

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the contract is considered null and void. Both parties are obliged to return any items exchanged under the contract in their original condition. The refund should be processed promptly and no later than within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If the customer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered by the seller, any additional costs incurred will not be refunded by the seller.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the seller has agreed to cover these costs or failed to inform the customer of their right of withdrawal.
The customer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, unless the seller has offered to collect the goods personally. The deadline is considered met if the goods are returned before its expiry.
Upon receiving the customer's withdrawal declaration, the seller will refund the price of the product within 14 days. The refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. The seller will issue a written confirmation of the returned product. However, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless an alternative method is agreed upon that does not incur any additional costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:
a. Services that are customized according to the customer's specifications or closely associated with their person.
b. Perishable or short expiry date products.
c. Sealed products that, once opened, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
d. Services that are inseparably linked with other items after delivery due to their nature.
e. Services that are clearly tailored to the individual needs of the customer.
9.Warranty and Notice of Defect
The products offered in the store are covered by at least 12 months warranty. The warranty period may vary depending on the product and brand. The warranty period is indicated on the seller's website in the description section for each product.
The seller is exempted from liability under warranty, if the consumer knew of the defect at the time of conclusion of the contract.
The following terms and conditions outline the Seller's liability and the Customer's rights in case of any defects in the products purchased from the online store. The extent of the Seller's liability and the Customer's rights are governed by applicable laws, including the Civil Code (for business customers) and the Consumer Rights Act (for consumer customers). For Sales Agreements made by natural persons conducting business activity but acquiring products for non-professional or non-business purposes, the liability and rights are determined by the Act of November 4, 2022, which amends the Act on Consumer Rights, the Civil Code, and the Act on Private International Law.
The Seller is responsible for providing the Customer with products that are free from defects. Detailed information about the Seller's liability for defects and customer rights can be found in the "Notice of Defect" section on the Online Shop's website.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any lack of conformity of the product with the Sales Contract if the Customer has been explicitly informed, at the time of entering into the contract, that a specific feature of the product deviates from the requirements of the Sales Contract, and the Customer has explicitly and separately accepted this lack of conformity.
To report a defect, the Customer may choose to:

It is recommended that the Customer include the following information in the notice:
(1) Details and facts related to the complaint.
(2) A request for the desired method of bringing the product into conformity with the Sales Agreement, such as repair or replacement.
(3) Contact details to facilitate the complaint handling process by the Seller. These requirements are recommendations and do not affect the validity of complaints submitted without the recommended details.
The Seller will respond promptly to the complaint, within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the complaint.
If the Customer exercises their rights under the statutory warranty, they are required to return the defective product at the Seller's expense to the following address: ul. ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKA, nr 30, lok. 63, miejsc. WARSZAWA, kod 00-116, Poland .
In cases where the nature of the product or its installation makes it extremely difficult to return, the Customer must make the product available to the Seller at its current location.
The Customer has the right to request a price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Contract in the following situations:
-The Seller refuses to bring the product into conformity with the Sales Contract.
-The Seller fails to bring the product into conformity with the Sales Contract.
-The product continues to be non-conforming despite the Seller's attempts to rectify the issue.
-The lack of conformity is significant enough to warrant a price reduction.
The Seller's statement or circumstances indicate that they will not bring the product into conformity within a reasonable time or without causing excessive inconvenience to the Customer.
If the Customer decides to withdraw from the Sales Contract, they must immediately return the product to the Seller at the Seller's expense. The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
