Warranty
Website www.4x4line.pl offers a 24-month warranty from the delivery date for all products.
The seller will fix any physical defect free of charge if reported within 24 months.
Defect resolution may involve repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, at the Seller’s discretion.
Defect removal will be done promptly, within 60 days of receiving the Product.
The 60-day period may be extended due to the defect type, removal method, or technical factors. Customers will be informed of any extensions.
The warranty covers defects due to inherent product issues.
Customers must arrange to deliver defective products on adress: ul. ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKA, nr 30, lok. 63, miejsc. WARSZAWA, kod 00-116, Poland.
Note : all returns must first be approved by the www.4x4line.pl support team before being delivered.
Warranty exclusions and notes
1. natural degradation of the product due to wear and tear, along with breakage / damage during use, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our warranties.
2) If the customer has damaged / misused the item(s), the product warranty is immediately void. In such cases, compensation is not available. However, customers can contact us to purchase spare parts or replacement parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and the shipping fee for sending them.
Also the customer will void the warranty if:
- Open the body in an attempt to repair the device
- Modify, remove, adjust or replace parts of the product
- Use the device in a manner inconsistent with its intended use
- Continue to use the item when a malfunction occurs and causes more damage
-Customer-induced mechanical damage.
-Customer-performed repairs.
-Damage from events like fire, flood, high temperatures, or chemicals.
-The warranty period expires.
